About Soocas Water Flosser

The gaps and the gum-lines might not have been properly cleaned and could lead to cavity and inflammation. Toothbrush and traditional floss can only clean the surface instead of hard to reach areas. SOOCAS Water Flosser has 1,300 water pulses per minute to clean food residue in gaps and gum-lines.

Initial use of SOOCAS Water Flosser could lead to gum bleeding. It is normal to experience this symptom. Please continue using W1 with correct practices for 1-2 weeks, gum bleeding will start to get better. If after 2 weeks there is still signs of gum bleeding, please stop using SOOCAS Water Flosser immediately and check with a dentist to check any problems with gums.

SOOCAS Water flosser prevents the formation of tartar. If you already have tartar, please seek professional assistance from your dentist.

It is recommended for kids older than 12 to use water flosser. However, depending on the teeth growth, please seek dentist advice before using.

Compare to a manual razor, SOOCAS electric razor is not as irritating. However, just like any electric shaver/razor, there will be some irritation on your skin.

Doesn't matter which method you apply, if not practiced correctly, it might cause ingrown hairs or razor bumps.
Please practice the correct shaving technique and exfoliate your skin routinely to reduce ingrown hairs or razor bumps.

SOOCAS electric razor is specially designed for short facial hairs so it is not the most ideal tool for shaving other parts of the body.

We do not recommend you to use SOOCAS electric razor on your head. This product is specifically designed for facial hair or beard.

About Shipping

We ship to U.S. for free on all orders. If you are located outside of U.S., please reach out to our customer service team support@soocas.com. We will try our best to support you.

The shipping process differs in various situations, but we will try our best to deliver your package.
Typically, it takes 2-3 business days to process the order and have it ready for shipping. On special holidays such as Black Friday, it might take up to 5-10 business days. We apologize for the delay and any inconveniences and thank you for your patience.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with shipping confirmation and tracking numbers to track your order. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, we cannot control anything that happens during the shipping process from that point on.

If you order your product(s) in the U.S., then it will be shipped from a U.S. based warehouse and the product will be delivered to you through USPS or UPS.
Please be aware that if the U.S. based warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped directly from China.

Here at Soocas, we are following government guidelines and have spread our employees into smaller shifts for better control and prevention. As a result, there may be delays in packaging, processing, and dispatching the orders due to reduced number of employees.
Additionally, there may be shipping delays. Since many shipping companies are only allowing essential workers to perform certain duties. This could lead to delays on your order from us. Please be aware that we ship to almost the major of the countries and each country may have different restrictions in terms of external shipping. We highly recommend you to check with your country's custom and border protection office to follow up on the latest guidelines and suggestions. If you have been waiting for a long period of time and still have not received your order, please contact our customer support team support@soocas.com for any resolutions. We wanted to let you be aware that in case of lost or stolen packages, we will have to extend the refund request or re-process the order again.
